There is no public price list, but engagements are structured to run meaningfully below what a traditional investment bank or boutique fundraising consultant would charge for comparable work.
Our cost structure comes from the same model that lets us run our investor research practice pro bono: a lean, global bench of analysts and working professionals, not the large fee-driven overhead of a banking desk. Pre-seed through Series A. Scope adjusts by stage: a first pitch deck and model at pre-seed, full investor reporting and liaison support heading into a Series A process.
Engagement structure varies by scope and is agreed in writing before work begins. We are not a placement agent or broker, and we do not guarantee capital raised. We will be upfront about terms on the scoping call.
